Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and execution of Talent Development and Learning strategic initiatives in ST Engineering in partnership with functional stakeholders
- Support the development of L&D strategies for ST Engineering
- Manage enterprise wide implementation of Company Training Committee initiatives
- Evaluate the organization’s overall learning requirements, business objectives, desired results, and constraints to identify specific learning needs through the conduct of Learning Needs Analysis for ST Engineering and development of the Total Learning Plan
- Manage enterprise-wide learning programmes, including general management, leadership development, Professional Conversion Programme, Work-Study Programmes
- Engage stakeholders to develop, promote and administer enterprise wide initiatives for the purpose of attracting and retaining of talent
- Develop, Execute and Manage enterprise wide internship programmes
- Introduce technology-enabled and micro learning modules into the L&D framework
- Responsible for ensuring effective leverage of grants and subsidies offered by the Singapore Government
- Responsible for Talent Management and execute roll out of Hi-Potential development & Succession Planning with guidance from COE
- Support business in Talent & succession planning process and Talent Reviews meeting preparations
- Perform analyses and identify metrics/KPIs to track Talent Development, succession planning, learning utilization and other Talent & Learning Development outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years’ experience in talent development, organizational development, professional development, adult learning, or other related people field
- Experience in designing and leading onsite and online L&D initiatives
- Proven ability to get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization
- Proven skills with managing multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to work to tight timescale
- Required competencies include :

- Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills

Work location: Based in AMK, required to travel to Jurong East from time to time, cab between these two places will be reimbursed
Work arrangement: 100% onsite
Work rights: ONLY SINGAPOREAN
Candidate-type: prefer in-house TM professionals, no preference in industry (except financial institutions)
Team size: Currently team is undergoing restructuring, so there is no number, but should be between 4 – 6 people
